Plans, upgrades and cancelling

What each plan includes, how to upgrade, change or cancel, and what happens when you downgrade.

Your plan belongs to your organization - everyone in it shares its transcription minutes and AI credits. Compare the plans on the pricing page.

Upgrade or change plan

  1. Open Settings → Subscription.
  2. Pick a plan under Available plans and click Subscribe - or Upgrade / Downgrade if you already have one.
  3. Pay securely by card through Stripe.

A change of plan takes effect immediately; the difference for the rest of the month is settled on your next invoice. New limits apply right away.

Only members allowed to manage the subscription - the owner, for one - can do this. Others are asked to talk to them.

Payment method, invoices and billing email

On Settings → Subscription, Manage billing opens Stripe’s billing portal: update your card, download invoices and change billing details. Billing email sets where invoices and receipts go.

Cancel

On Settings → Subscription, click Cancel subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and then your organization moves to the Free plan. Changed your mind before then? Click Resume subscription.

What happens on a smaller plan

Nothing is deleted. Your notes, tags, views, templates and outputs are all kept. But:

  • Minutes and credits follow the new plan’s monthly amounts.
  • Longest recording follows the new plan.
  • Saved views and members over the new limit keep working, but you can’t add more until you’re under it.
  • Uploading audio files, your own templates and the weekly digest stop if the new plan doesn’t include them. Templates you have can still be seen and deleted.

If a payment fails

You’ll get a notification and an email asking you to update your payment method. Do it under Manage billing. If the payment can’t be collected, the organization moves to the Free plan.

Prices

Prices are per month, excluding VAT. The Advanced and Pro plans are one price for the whole team, not per person.
