Download and export your notes
Download one note, a filtered set or all your notes as Markdown files that open in any editor.
Your notes are yours to take anywhere. NoteClearly downloads them as Markdown (.md) files - plain text that opens in any editor and imports into apps like Obsidian, Notion, Bear or Logseq.
One note
Open the note, open the ⋯ menu and choose Download .md. Or choose Copy text to paste it somewhere.
The file has the title and details at the top, then the note. For a recording you’ve edited or polished, the original transcript follows in a collapsed section. Key points are included at the top.
Many notes
On Notes, click Download all - or Download these when you’re in a view, have tags picked or have searched. You get a .zip with one .md file per note. Notes with no text yet are skipped.
Everything about you
For a full copy of your data - every note in every organization, with transcripts, earlier versions, key points, outputs, tags, views and settings - use the data export under Settings → Privacy & Data. See Export or delete your data.
