Organizations

You can belong to more than one organization - your own, and teams you’ve been invited to. Each has its own plan, members and notes; your notes in one are never visible in another.

Switch organization

When you belong to more than one, the organization’s name is at the top of the sidebar. Click it and pick another; the app then shows your notes in that organization.

Rename your organization

Open Settings → This organization and change the Organization name.

Transfer ownership

Every organization has one owner. To hand it over, open Settings → This organization, click Transfer ownership and pick another member. You lose owner access.

Delete your organization

On Settings → This organization, under Danger zone, click Delete organization and type its name to confirm. This permanently deletes the organization and all its data, including every member’s notes in it. It can’t be undone.

An organization with a paid subscription can’t be deleted: cancel the subscription first, and delete the organization once it has ended.
