Create a summary, email or more from a note
Make a summary, an email draft, meeting minutes, a translation and more from any note - kept beside it.
Click Create beside Polish on any note and choose what to make:
| Output | What you get |
|---|---|
| Summary | What the note is about and what came of it, with the important details. |
| Email draft | A message carrying out what the note asks for, or passing it on. |
| Meeting minutes | Attendees, discussion, decisions and action items. |
| Journal entry | Your note as a reflective, first-person journal entry. |
| Post draft | A blog, LinkedIn or newsletter post built from your ideas. |
| Study notes | Key ideas and definitions by topic, with review questions and answers. |
| Translation | The whole note in another language - type which. |
| Your templates | Your own formats. See Templates. |
Add Extra instructions if you like - “To my manager, formal”, “Three bullet points at most” - and click Create.
Where it goes
Outputs appear below the note text, newest first. Each can be copied, edited, made again or deleted. Making the same kind again replaces the one you made before. The note itself never changes.
Will it make things up?
The AI may shorten and reshape your note, but it’s told never to add facts the note doesn’t state. When a format needs a detail the note doesn’t have - a recipient’s name, a date - it leaves a [placeholder] for you to fill in. Check an output before you use it.
Good to know
- One output is made at a time per note.
- Each costs AI credits by the note’s length; all but a summary cost double, because the AI writes the text out - see AI credits.
- Outputs are included in your data export, but not in shared links or Markdown downloads.
