Notifications

The bell at the top of the app shows your notifications. Open Settings → Notifications to choose, for each kind, whether you get it In-app, by Email, both or neither.

Notification	When
Transcribed recordings	The transcript of one of your recordings is ready.
Failed recordings	One of your recordings couldn’t be transcribed.
Polished notes	AI has polished one of your notes.
Weekly digest	Your weekly digest is ready.
Transcription minutes	Your organization has used 80% or all of the month’s minutes.
AI credits	Your organization has used 80% or all of the month’s AI credits.
Subscription and payments	About your organization’s plan, for those who manage it.

Everything is in-app only to begin with; switch on Email for the ones you want in your inbox. Some emails are about your account - security notices, password resets, failed payments - and are always sent.
