## Who can see your notes

Only you. Notes, tags, views and templates are private to the person who made them - even in a shared organization, colleagues can't see them, and neither can its owner. The only way someone else reads a note is if you [share a link](https://noteclearly.com/en/help/share-a-note/) to it, or connect an [AI assistant](https://noteclearly.com/en/help/connect-an-ai-assistant/) yourself.

## Your audio

A recording is kept only until it's transcribed, and then deleted. If a transcription fails, the audio is kept for 7 days so you can try again, and then deleted. What stays is the text.

## AI

Your recordings are transcribed, and AI features run, by AI services we use on your behalf, to do what you asked and nothing else. The AI is instructed never to add or remove information when it polishes a note, and your original transcript is always kept. It can still make mistakes, so check important details.

## Your account

- Protect it with [two-factor authentication](https://noteclearly.com/en/help/account-security/#two-factor-authentication).
- Download all your data, or delete your account, at any time. See [Export or delete your data](https://noteclearly.com/en/help/export-or-delete-your-data/).

The details - what we collect, why, who processes it and for how long - are in our [privacy policy](https://noteclearly.com/en/privacy-policy/).
