# Export or delete your data

## Export your data

Open **Settings → Privacy & Data** and click **Export Data**. You get a file with all the personal data we hold about you, including from every organization you belong to:

- your profile, memberships and settings,
- every note you own - with its transcript, earlier versions, key points and outputs,
- your tags, saved views, templates and preferences,
- your notifications, API tokens (not their secrets) and your activity in the audit log.

## Delete your account

1. Open **Settings → Privacy & Data** and click **Delete Account**.
2. Confirm with your password.

Your notes, tags and views in every organization are deleted right away, you're removed from your organizations, and your API tokens stop working. The account itself is erased for good after 30 days. This can't be undone, so export anything you want to keep first.
